Down South Bookings
- Rates quoted are for up to 4 persons unless otherwise specified and for up to 8 persons in Reunion.
- School Holidays price includes up to 4 adults and 2 children unless otherwise stated (min 2 nights stay).
- Minimum 7 night bookings for the Xmas holidays up until 11/January except in 101 Mounts Bay
- Check in time: from 2pm – Check out time: by 10am

- Extra adults $30.00 per night and extra children (under 12 yrs) $20.00 per night.
- Linen and Towels included.
- Cot & Highchair hire $10 per stay.
- Bartercard bookings, please phone on 0417923269 for a quote. Bookings are 25% in cash for GST and cleaning costs.
- Pets allowed on request, conditions apply. Maximum of 2 dogs at any one time, $20 per animal per night.
101 Mounts Bay
- Prices quoted for 101 Mounts Bay are for the 1 bedroom configuration for a maximum of 2 persons
- 2 bedroom configuration an extra $30.00 per night.
- Minimum 3 nights stay in 101 Mounts Bay
- Check in time: from 3pm – Check out time: by 11am
- Maximum number of 4 persons 101 Mounts Bay unless one is a baby and in a cot.
- No pets allowed in 101 Mounts Bay
- Cot & Highchair hire $10 per stay
- Linen and Towels included.
- Pricing includes 1 secure under cover car bay. An extra car bay may be made available if required.
